Commercial

It should be noted the difference between commercial and residential is not in the materials or construction method, nor the size of the project, as a broad definition;

  • “Commercial” generally means buildings or structures which are Class 3 to 9 as defined in the Building Code of Australia (BCA)
  • ‘Residential’ means buildings which are a Class 1, 2 (loosely to 3 habitable storeys) or 10a as defined in the Building Code of Australia (BCA).

At present we are seeking accreditation towards a commercial license so we would be able to do Warehouse and Mixed use buildings in the Class 3 to 9 category.
